It is wonderful to see this year the birds to start again their breeding season ..and I hope this time they will be more lucky ...and more chicks will survive.. You can see pictures of the previous breeding season at the old site ...

When you look at the previous pic ...the white stork drinking at an African waterhole in the middle of the wilderness ..your mind doesn't go where those bird can nest ...
This is a nest in Netherlands ..in the middle of high buildings ...
White storks can connect different things ...Europe and Africa ..North and South hemisphere ...wildreness and big cities ...forests and towns ...churches and mosques ..
This is why they are one of my favourite birds ...
