White backed Vulture feeding on a Nyala carcass (Gyps africanus)

This nyala carcass was laying there for three days and no raptors or predators came to claim it ...It is strange aslo as lions was roaming around a day before ...but it is really a bad sign that there is only one vulture three days after the death of the old Nyala bull. It looks the ecosystem isn't enough healthy ...At Sabi Sand where we have seen often similar accidents the carcasses disappear almost immediately and tend to gather a big variety of predators birds and mammals
